This Policy explains how [OPERATING COMPANY LEGAL NAME] (“Operator,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information through OutfitterBase. Operator offers the Platform under license from Prarie Works LLC (“Technology Provider”), which owns and supports the technology. Operator is intended to be the primary business deciding why and how information is processed. Technology Provider processes Platform information for Operator and may process limited information for security, legal compliance, intellectual-property protection, and service integrity. OutfitterBase names the product, not a separate legal entity.
1. Personal Information We Collect
The information collected depends on how you use OutfitterBase. Some information may be sensitive under applicable law. Provide sensitive information only through a field that requests it and only when necessary.
Account and contact information: name, display name, email, phone, login and account identifiers, address, region, postal code, and preferences.
Profile and preference information: biography, photo, home area, service regions, interests, specialties, experience, accessibility preferences, and saved trips.
Booking information: Offering, dates, meeting or access location, party details, goals, experience, dietary or mobility needs, allergies or medical considerations you choose to provide, notes, licenses, waivers, and signatures.
Provider and compliance information: legal name, date of birth, background-check consent or status, business data, licenses, credentials, insurance, government or agency documents, payout readiness, and reviewer communications.
Land and access information: controller role, authority attestations, parcel address and identifier, coordinates, boundaries, photos, ownership documents, access points, restrictions, hazards, permits, and insurance.
Transaction information: bookings, orders, pricing, payment status and processor references, refunds, chargebacks, payouts, shipping address, and affiliate interactions. Full card and bank numbers are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by Operator.
Communications and content: user messages, support requests, emails, feedback, reviews, ratings, media, listings, uploaded files, and disputes.
Automatic information: IP address, browser, device, operating system, language, time zone, app version, identifiers, pages and screens, clicks, searches, referrers, sessions, errors, general location, optional device location, cookies, local storage, SDKs, push tokens, and notification status.
2. Sources
We receive information from you, devices, other users, identity and authentication providers, Stripe and other payment or fraud services, background and compliance providers, government and licensing bodies, land managers, county parcel sources, public records, referral and affiliate partners, analytics providers, and optional social or third-party login services. We may combine information from these sources.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We use information to create and secure accounts; operate profiles, listings, search, maps, recommendations, waitlists, bookings, land access, orders, chat, reviews, and notifications; calculate prices and process payments, refunds, and payouts; connect transaction participants; review credentials, authority, property, wildlife documents, and compliance; provide support; investigate safety, fraud, abuse, and security; personalize and analyze the Platform; send transactional and optional marketing communications; administer affiliate and commerce features; comply with law; enforce rights; and evaluate business transactions. We may use lawful aggregated or de-identified information and maintain it in de-identified form where required.
4. How We Disclose Information
Public profiles and listings may show business or display name, biography, service area, general location, experience, specialties, Offering details, availability, photos, ratings, completed-trip information, selected verification status, property descriptions, amenities, hazards, activities, and access terms. Relevant customers and Providers receive information reasonably needed to evaluate, fulfill, support, and resolve a transaction. Reviews may identify the reviewer by display name.
Operator and Technology Provider share information to operate, support, secure, maintain, license, and improve OutfitterBase. Vendors may include Clerk for authentication; Stripe for Checkout, refunds, Connect onboarding and payouts; Google Cloud for infrastructure and storage; Google Analytics for web analytics; Expo, Apple, Google, and notification providers for apps and notifications; and support, security, mapping, background-screening, and compliance vendors.
We may disclose information to business partners you intentionally use, affiliate merchants, advisers, insurers, regulators, wildlife or licensing authorities, land managers, courts, or law enforcement when reasonably necessary for a lawful, safety, fraud, property, wildlife, or rights-protection purpose. Information may transfer with a financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, asset sale, bankruptcy, or transfer of the operating license.
We do not sell personal information for money. Analytics or advertising technology may nevertheless be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some laws. Before launch, Operator must confirm whether OutfitterBase does not share information for cross-context behavioral advertising or instead provides a Your Privacy Choices opt-out.
5. Legal Bases
Where required, processing is based on performance of a contract; legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, analyzing, and improving the Platform; legal obligations involving payments, tax, sanctions, safety, records, and lawful process; or consent for optional marketing, device permissions, certain cookies, and sensitive information. Consent may be withdrawn prospectively.
6. Retention
We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, maintain transaction and credential records, meet legal and accounting duties, address disputes and chargebacks, enforce agreements, and protect safety and security. Operator must adopt final schedules for accounts, unsuccessful applications, background data, credentials, identity documents, messages, bookings, payments, tax records, parcel records, analytics, and backups before launch. Valid deletion requests may not remove information required for legal, fraud-prevention, safety, transaction, backup, or dispute purposes.
7. Cookies, Analytics, and Device Controls
We use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies for sign-in, preferences, security, traffic measurement, diagnostics, and usage analytics. OutfitterBase currently uses Google Analytics on the website. Browser settings and any preference tool can control cookies; blocking necessary storage may prevent features from working. Device settings control location and push notifications. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option, though necessary transactional messages continue. Operator must deploy prior consent where required and confirm whether the Platform responds to Global Privacy Control before launch.
8. Security
We use safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, hosted authentication and payment services, restricted upload types, and role-based access to compliance records. No system is absolutely secure. Protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorized access to [SECURITY EMAIL]. Do not send card, bank, government-ID, health, or credential information through ordinary chat unless a secure workflow specifically requests it.
9. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of information; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limit sensitive-data processing; object or restrict processing; withdraw consent; and appeal a denial. We do not knowingly sell or share information of consumers under 16 and do not use sensitive information to infer characteristics except as permitted by law or with an applicable right to limit. 11. Children and Minors
The Platform is not directed to children under 13, who may not create accounts or directly submit personal information. If we learn we collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Accounts, listings, and purchases are limited to adults. An adult may book an eligible activity involving a minor subject to Provider rules, law, and required guardian consents. 12. International Transfers
Operator and Technology Provider are based in the United States. The Platform and vendors may process information in the United States and other countries with different privacy laws. Where required, we use an approved transfer mechanism or appropriate safeguards.
13. Third-Party Services and Providers
Provider sites, government and parcel systems, affiliate merchants, payment and authentication services, app stores, maps, and other third parties govern their independent processing through their own notices. Providers are independently responsible for information used outside OutfitterBase and may use booking information only to evaluate, fulfill, support, and lawfully document the transaction unless the person separately consents to another use.

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version and effective date and giving additional notice when required.
